Wash your bra's before you wear them!!! Please make it a habit from this point forward to wash your just-purchased Undergarments before wearing them. This is sensitive. After anthropologist Susan McKinley came back home from an expedition in South America , she noticed a very strange rash on her left breast. Nobody knew what it was and she quickly dismissed it believing that the Holes would leave in time. Upon her return she decided to see a doctor after she started developingIntense pains.
The doctor, not knowing the exact severity of the disease, gave her Antibiotics and special creams. As time lapsed the pain did not subside and her left breast became more inflamed and started to bleed. She decided to bandage her sores, however as Susan's pain grew more intense She decided to seek help from a more certified doctor. Dr. Lynch could not diagnose the infection and told Susan to seek the aid of one of his colleagues who specializes in dermatology.
Unfortunately, the doctor was on vacation .. She waited for two weeks and finally was able to reach the dermatologist. Sadly, a life changing event was about to unfold during her appointment. To Miss McKinley's surprise, after she removed the bandages, they found Larvae growing and squirming within the pores and sores of her breast. Sometimes these wicked creatures would all together simultaneously move around into different crevices. What she didn't know was that the holes were in fact, deeper than she had originally thought, for these larvae were feeding off the fat, tissue, and even milk canals of her breast.

HAPPY 20TH BIRTHDAY TO MY BROTHER !!!
Im old liao, brother is turning 20yrs old today means im in my mid 20s liao .. old liao old liao. Haha. Had dinner with him yesterday, today we'll be buying a birthday cake for him. But before that we have to bring baobei to bangkit to have his hair cut. Had lunch there after the visit to salon, then packet lunchie back for mummy they all.
We had plans to go habour front to have daddy's hp repair but too bad they aint open on sunday & public holidays so we have to change plans. Mummy then suggest to go bt timah plaza, the ntuc there has been renovated & its alot larger than the old one. So at around 4plus we left the house & head to bt timah plaza. Knowing that peiling jie will also be around that area as she need to bring Isaac to class at beauty world, we call her up to see whether she wants to meet us there & shop around together. After bringing Isaac to class, she & gwen walk over to look for us. Had dinner at a small family resturant together.
After dinner & chatting session we walk back to beauty world to fetch Isaac, that is about 6pm le. Jie says the 'yao lan' we lend her she isnt using le so ask whether we want it back. And of cos i want, might be useful some other day, hehe. So we drove back to panjang to buy cake 1st, then do the singing & cake-cutting ... Makan the cake then drive over to jie's place which is only opposite mummy's block. Baobei is happy to see Isaac & they started playing like mad once we walk into the flat, lol ~ kids! Browse tru the photos that jie took in Japan, nice scenary i must say .. Envy her kids, so young nia have alrd travel to so many countries.
Stay there until 9pm then we go home le, laling is tired & isnt feeling too well too so faster go back & let him rest ~ tml is a new day again ... ...

Like every year, we'll gather together at the columbarium to pay respect to our ancestors. My grandpa & my great-grandparents's tablets are placed next to each other so we can pray to them at the same time.
We're meeting there at 2pm today, so at around 1.30pm laling drive us there. Glad to say that the weather is nice, unlike last year it rain heavily. Everyone was there by the time we reach, first time we do is to pay respect to our ancestors. Then i go help out by folding paper golds for them to burn later, baobei play with cousin Issac & Gwen. Baobei is alot more friendlier than before, last time he's a loner but now after attendin sch he'll tends to interacte with other kids more. Which is a good thing of cos, last time i very paisey cos whenever my cousin's kids wanna play with baobei, he sure cry out loud ... pengz
After folding, we had lunch .. every year my ah ma or guma will cook rice & bee hon for us to eat. We'll have to wait until our ancestors to finish their food before we can burn things to them. So during the time that they're enjoying their food, we'll group together to gossip, chat chat ... etc. Today brother is in 'teaching' mood, haha cos he's teaching the kids numbers & how to Hi5 etc .. They're all playing happily. Laling will join the men to have men's talk while the 38 aunties will share juicy news with one another.
At 4.15pm sharp, we start to carry all the papers stuffs down to burn. After which we will divide the food that our ancestors have eaten to everybody. Thats when the thunder sound started .. oh my, luckily the rain didnt come & we manage to leave the place without getting wet. Went to mummy's place after that, had to go ntuc to buy ingredients to cook tml ... ... Had dinner at mummy's place, left at 9pm .. Very tired after a whole day of walking, haa so sleep after bathing. Zzzz ~

Am happy & proud to say that for the past 6 months my blood test for thyroid are clear & in good condition. Hopefully this can last long, as doctor have told me before that there's no 100% cure for thyroid so i can only keep my fngers cross.
I learnt that i've got thyroid problem about a year after the birth of my son. Its normal for woman who just gave birth to contact this illness but 8 out of 10 women will recover, im the suay one .. cos my thyroid didnt go away by itself & so until today im still on medication & have to do blood test regularly. And so im so so happy when my thyroid count are normal for the past 6 months =)
WHAT IS THYROID ?
The thyroid is one of the largest endocrine glands in the body. This gland is found in the neck inferior to (below) the thyroid cartilage (a.k.a. the Adam's apple in men) and at approximately the same level as the cricoid cartilage. The thyroid controls how quickly the body burns energy, makes proteins, and how sensitive the body should be to other hormones.
The thyroid participates in these processes by producing thyroid hormones, principally thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3). These hormones regulate the rate of metabolism and affect the growth and rate of function of many other systems in the body. Iodine is an essential component of both T3 and T4. The thyroid also produces the hormone calcitonin, which plays a role in calcium homeostasis.
The thyroid is controlled by the hypothalamus and pituitary. The gland gets its name from the Greek word for "shield", after its shape, a double-lobed structure. Hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid) and hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid) are the most common problems of the thyroid gland.
For my case, its the HYPERTHYROIDISM that i had ... ...

Last friday, laling got himself a little surprise when checking for mosquito breeding at one of his client's place. While doing his rountine check he stumble upon 3 little kitten hiding in one of his client's big flower pot. And he has to report to his client, but sad to say the client ask laling to remove those kittens, he doesnt want them in the garden. Laling actually wants to wait for the mum of the kittens to be back then remove them together cos the kittens are too young to survive on their own. But too bad, the mum didnt return after all.
After leaving the client's place with 3 orphans, he dont really know what to do with them. Leaving them in the wildness means 80% they will die in this cruel world but where else can he bring them to? So laling call his boss & ask him .. That bad boss of him ask him to juz dump them somewhere, juz like what the client says. Laling did think of bringing them to spca de but he's afraid they might put the kittens to sleep so in the end he bought them home ... to be frank i dun really like cats but seeing them so small & fragile i give in, my heart soften. Laling even bought milk & milk bottle to try & feed them but they juz doesnt want to suck, maybe they miss their mum ba. Poor kittens ~ so i ask laling to buy some wet cat can food for them, i can see tiny teeth le so i assume they can feed on soft food. Lucky for me, they finally eat some of the food =)
I told daddy abt this matter & he promise to ask around & see whether any of his malay colleagues wants to adopt them. As we all know, malay ppl like cats =) Thank god i told daddy abt it cos the very next day, we bring the kittens to dad's workplace & gave it to 1 of his malay colleague .. hope they can find a good home there ~
