Tai Po's last journey
We'll be sending great grandmother her last journey this afternoon. Bird came down to fetch me as i'll be going to the funeral alone while laling look after baobei. This will be the last journey of hers, i wanna send in peace not with baobei there kpkb ... he has been very naughty during the last night of my great grandmother's funeral!
Anyway, bird came at 10plus .. he drive me while other relatives drive my mom, mei & brother down. Im honour to take his mazda 8 wor, tsk tsk ~ By the time i got there, mummy has already start crying. We're all damn worried she might faint later so i kept telling her to control & let great grandmom leaves peacefully. At 12pm sharp we all fall in to have our very last praying to her. And if u ask whether do i feel like crying, i will say yes, very much but because of mummy i told myself not to cry. Cos she's already crying non-stop liao, i cannot afford to let myself fall too.
After the 1st round of praying i quickly pull brother to another side & took a cigarette from him & smoke while my tears flow out. I cannot tahan le, have to let it flow out but of cos i didnt cry in front of mummy. After wiping my tears i went back & have the 2nd round of praying which will also means its time to go to the crematorium. While walking behind the van, i cried again .. haa dunno leh juz cannot control anymore. Got up the bus after walking to the main road, tune my emotions back first .. At the crematorium, each of us took turns to say our last goodbye & she was wheel into the big big fire & up to heaven she went.
It hurts badly cos i know we could never ever see her again but to the brighter side, she's 91 so its time for her to take a long break from so many years of hardship. May u rest in peace tai po .. U will always be inside my heart.
