MIL finds quarrel on 2nd day of CNY

At 1st Eddy - my brother in law aka BIL called, said he had bought 'yu sheng' ask us got go back and join them for dinner plus 'lao yu sheng' anot. Laling told him no. Next came the phone call of MIL ..
MIL : Y never come back for dinner and 'lao yu sheng' with us?
Hubby : U last min then tell me, i've alrd got programme for the day liao
MIL : OH, u 初一 can go to ur wife's side 拜年 la hor, then now ask u come back for dinner nia cannot!
Hubby : U noe my schedule de hor. Its been 3 years alrd i also from ur place then go my wife's side de ma. Not say u dunno then now u say this kind of things!
MIL : Ur wife there got so many place to go meh? Ytd go liao today still go .. #%$%$#$%#
Roughly she say all about me being no good. Y the 1st day of CNY will we go back to my side there is becos MIL dun have the practise of going out. That also means the whole day will be at home, so since my side got huse visiting of cos we choose to go out de ma. Or not wear until so nice for what, at her place be 'vase' meh??!!
Dun understand y she cannot let us all live in harmony. All she noe is 鸡蛋里,挑骨头 .. No matter how good we've done its not enough for her. After hearing what she say, my tears of anger flow out. CNY wann quarrel and make people cry, cant understand what is she thinking .. Sigh~
Laling and i also quarrel becos of this, but of cos we patch things up fast too. Still he support me and tell me to ignore her, cos no matter how much we did she will not appreciate it. For the sake of laling 我忍 !!!!!!!!!
